1. Introduction

Welcome to ClaimBuzz ("we", "our", "us"). By accessing or using our services, website, or partner network, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

Please read them carefully before using our services.

2. Our Services

ClaimBuzz acts as a service facilitator between customers and authorized partner garages for vehicle repair, maintenance, and bodyshop work.

We coordinate service requests, connect customers with nearby garages, and ensure that the work is performed as per industry standards.

3. Service Responsibility

• The actual repair, maintenance, and bodyshop work are carried out by our partner garages.
• ClaimBuzz is not directly responsible for the execution or quality of the service but ensures that all partner garages follow our approved service standards.
• Any disputes regarding the quality of work, delays, or damages must first be addressed with the respective partner garage. ClaimBuzz will assist in resolution as a mediator.

4. Payments and Charges

• Customers may pay directly to the garage or through ClaimBuzz (as applicable).
• ClaimBuzz receives a commission or payout from partner garages for each completed service.
• All charges are inclusive/exclusive of GST, as applicable.
• Any advance payments are non-refundable once the service process has begun.

5. Vehicle Safety and Liability

• Partner garages are solely responsible for the safety, handling, and custody of the customer's vehicle during service.
• ClaimBuzz shall not be held liable for any loss, theft, damage, or accident occurring at or during transport to/from the partner garage.
• Customers are advised to remove valuables from their vehicle before handing it over for service.

6. Warranty and Guarantee

• Any warranty on parts or labor is provided directly by the respective garage or manufacturer.
• ClaimBuzz does not offer any independent warranty unless specifically mentioned in writing.

7. Cancellation and Refund Policy

• Service requests can be cancelled before confirmation without any charge.
• Once a service is confirmed or work has started, cancellation is not allowed, and refunds will not be issued.

8. Insurance Claim Support

• ClaimBuzz assists customers with insurance-related bodyshop repairs by coordinating with dealers or surveyors.
• The final claim approval and payment depend entirely on the insurance company's policy and decision.

9. Data Privacy

• ClaimBuzz may collect customer details such as name, contact, vehicle information, and service preferences.
• This information is used only for service coordination and will not be shared with third parties, except for partner garages or as required by law.

10. Limitation of Liability

ClaimBuzz will not be responsible for any indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from delays, service dissatisfaction, or vehicle damages, except where required by law.

11. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, and any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Chhattisgarh.
