Refund & Cancellation Policy
1. Overview
At ClaimBuzz, we strive to ensure customer satisfaction through our network of verified garages and service partners.
This Refund and Cancellation Policy outlines the terms under which customers can cancel a service request or request a refund.
By booking a service with ClaimBuzz, you agree to the terms below.
2. Service Booking
- Once a customer confirms a booking with ClaimBuzz (via website, phone, or partner dealership), the service request is forwarded to an assigned partner garage.
- After confirmation, the garage allocates resources and begins preparation for the service or body repair work.
3. Cancellation Policy
- Before Confirmation: Customers may cancel their service request before the booking is confirmed by ClaimBuzz without any charges.
- After Confirmation but Before Work Begins: A nominal cancellation fee (up to ₹500) may be charged to cover administrative and scheduling costs.
- After Service Work Has Begun: Once the vehicle has been accepted by the garage and service work has started, cancellation is not permitted.
4. Refund Policy
- Advance Payments: Any advance payment made will be non-refundable once the service request is confirmed or work has started.
- Service Quality Issues: In case of disputes regarding service quality or incomplete work, ClaimBuzz will act as a mediator between the customer and the garage to resolve the issue. Refunds, if any, will be processed only after verification and are subject to approval by both ClaimBuzz and the partner garage.
- Duplicate Payments: In the event of duplicate or erroneous payments, a full refund will be initiated after verification, typically within 7–10 business days.
5. Insurance Claim Cases
For insurance claim–based repairs, once a claim is registered and the process has begun, no refund or cancellation can be entertained as per the insurance company's policy and procedures.
6. Refund Processing Time
- Approved refunds will be credited to the customer's original payment method within 7–10 working days.
- ClaimBuzz is not responsible for delays caused by the bank, payment gateway, or third-party providers.
